"Junior"     

In  summer of 1957  the specific Harbour tug Junior came in business.This tug was built by Messr. A.   Bennekum , Sliedrecht, near Rotterdam. The boat measure 44 gross tons,  total length b.p.p. 63'-10" , breadth 16'-4" and depth 6'-4". The propulsion installation consist of a Bolnes diesel motor, giving a total output of 500 I.H.P.   In 1976, the Junior be sold to Greece and renamed in Nestos I. In 1959, the Junior was followed   by the Assistent, this havensleper measured 73 brt. and a diesl motor with an output of 1100 I.H.P. In 1962, Wijsmuller bought the harbour tug Cornelis Willem of Van Esem N. V. This tug measured 64 brt. and had a diesel motor with an output of 550 I.H.P.

In the beginning of march 2006 I receved this fhoto from Alexandris Harris, a shiplover from Greece, It is the harbour tug "Kriton" ex "Assistent" (II). Currently she is in service at Agio, a small seaside town at northern Peloponnese, Greece.
